It is a new technological process, which consists of the encapsulation of pure active ingredients in a casing.
This process reconciles the power of nature with high technology.

- Protection of pure active from oxidation, light, heat and the interaction with other ingredients. It enhances its stability and therefore performance. It also allows the use of some unstable active ingredients in cosmetic formulation, such as retinol (vitamin A), vitamin C.

Our laboratories have finalized two technicques in order to entrap natural actives, which are water-soluble or water-insoluble:
- Microcaps containing water-soluble actives, called liposoms.
- Microcaps containing water-insoluble actives, called microcapsules.

ACTION OF LIPOSOMS :
Liposoms are microscopic, fluid-filled balls whose walls are made of layers of 100% natural phospholipids identical to the phospholipids that make up our cell membranes.

They allow:
- the delivery of actives directly into deep cells;
- progressive release of actives.

Microcapsules are microscopic spheres, their wall is made of a thin natural membrane which surrounds the principle active.
While applying a cream containing microcapsulated active, the microcapsules are attracted on the skin and then the membranes of microcapsules are gradually degraded by skin’s enzymes, so that the contained active is progressively released in to the epidermis.
